What  is Kenseikan Karate

Karate is a Japanese method of developing good health and self-defence techniques. It helps to achieve unity of Body, Mind and Spirit.

Japan Karate - Do Kenseikan is an international Karate training school. The head office is located in Nerimaku, Japan. Our goal is to promote Kenseikan Karate in Canada while providing low cost alternative to expensive Karate Training.

We combine the traditional Japanese Karate "Shotokan" with state of the art and unique training techniques developed by Kenseikan International President Hon. Shihan Wataru Okawa(Black-Belt 7th Dan)

Japan Karate-Do Kenseikan has its Asian main branch in Sri-Lanka and has over One Thousand active members training in their Dojos all over the country. Their instructors and students, in various ranks and weight categories, have been able to win most of the tropies awarded at the NATIONAL KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS, Oraganized by the Ministry of Sports. Many of them have been selected to participate in various International Karate Championship Tournaments. There are also instructors training in U. S. A and Fiji island to name couple.
